Writing this tune helped me decompress from a pretty intense month. I committed myself to more than I could handle, and I paid the price for it. A reality check in that you can't push through the healing process, but sometimes you gotta push your limits to remind yourself you're alive.

Patience and perseverance, a wise one once taught me.
